This 16 year old young "man" was married in Tabuk (Saudi Arabia)... even his school stood by him; they gave him a leave & postponed exams for him.

I suppose if one feels emotionally ready for it, and they have the financial support of their parents, why not? My grandfather was 17 when he got married.
