2 years old Aparna mol is a criminal culprit !

Aparna mol is a 2 years old girl in Thiruvananthapuram, kerala. Her distinction is that she is a criminal culprit in a property dispute case (n0. 192/06) in Maranallur Police station in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The case was connected to a 5 cent property and a house named Pushpa mol nivas in Niramankunnu, a area of Malayin keezhu village.

According to 82 nd paragraph of the Indian Punishment rule, the children below 7 years old are not deserved to do crimes. The most funny thing is that Aparna was in the womb of her mother Bindhu, when the event of the case was taken place. According to the police case, Bindhu, her husband and Aparna mol trespassed the "Pushpa mol nivas".

At last , Aparna mol have wrote a letter to A.P.J.Abul kalam , the President of India, to interefere the case and to remove her from this cruel case.

Yes, I have. The Madhyamam (Varadhya Madhyamam) has published a feature about Aparna yesterday on it's first page. The paper is in Malayalam language.
