Now I know that the Muslims will say that the Earth is Round according to Quran.
So I ask them.
Is it not ironic that among the Scholors who say that the Earth is Spherical,
No one used the word DAHAHA as evidence for it?
 
Flat Earth will destroy Athiesm.
After over 4 years of my research,
I am certain,that One of these TWO is the Truth and way to God.
Islam or Judaism.
Not Christianity.

Islam is the only way. Allah :swt: won't accept anything other than Islam from us. So if we seek anything other than Islam, then we will be disgraced.

And Allah :swt: knows best.

Hang on - there is a general consensus among the scholars that the earth is round.

This verse, which is often taken out of context:

"And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance." (Qur'an 15:19).

Or

"And at the earth, how it is spread out?” (88:17-20).


'Spread out' is in the sense that Allah swt has created the earth so large, that when standing at any point of the earth, it's not possible for us to see its curvature and so it appears flat and 'spread out' to us. And it is spread out so that we can travel across is, live upon it, use the land for our own purposes etc.

And this is a perfectly rational explanation. From a human's perspective, and from what they can see, the earth is flat. But, again thinking rationally, and with the evidence of science, it is beyond doubt that the earth, as a whole, is spherical.

I'm not one to cope and paste fatwas - but there are many, many fatwas which also state this.

And Allah swt knows best.

Scholars actually are not the right people to be asked is the earth round or flat?. If we want to know about it we should ask people who have ever seen the earth from outer space, .... the astronauts.
 
Scientists have proved beyond a doubt that the earth is spherical, and this is in no way conflicting with any Islamic teaching, I don't see why this issue is being brought up once again.

The scholars are there to tell us what the Qur'an means by stating that the earth is 'spread out'. - and as I said the vast majority accept what science has found on this subject.

It ain't even a theory like the 'Big Bang' or 'evolution' - it's a fact.

It's amazing that people still believe nonsense like this in the 21st century. Have they never been up in an aircraft and looked out the window?

What do NASA and the overwhelming majority of astronomers have to gain by constructing an elaborate hoax that leads people to believe the Earth is spherical?

how do people SERIOUSLY deny that the Earth is ROUND?!
 
The only reason why you are saying that Earth is spherical,
is because of pictures of NASA.
Do you KNOW THAT IN A RECENT PHOTO OF EARTH,
WE COULD MAKE OUT THE WORD "SEX" FORMED BY THE CLOUDS?
DO YOU ALSO BELIEVE THAT?

Go and ask the scholors of all four fiqs to tell you the shape of earth.
There will be atleast one that tells you it is not Spherical.
It shows that there is difference of opinion.
And the difference of opinion among Fiqs is Allowed.
You may follow any of the four fiqs.
See what Scholors of Hanafi Fiqh say.
You need to realize the importance of fiqs.
