As the title said, this is too much delay!! Why we have to wait for approval anyways??

we can approve whatever we want without bothering the mods here to do it. We can do it ourselves.

As far as I know, Full Members can approve the Visitor Messages themselves on their own profile page. We don't look for moderated VMs. At least, I don't.
 
^ Thats strange, because I always wait for hours and sometimes for days for v.msgs to be approved, whether mine or others in my page.

I remember that we used to approve ourselves in the past (last year if I can recall correctly), but we can't do it anymore.
 
^ maybe something is wrong but I don't see a place to post a VM in the test user profile
 
VMs are the at bottom in this new template.
 
^ I know what you mean, I can see visitor msgs fields in any other users page, but not in the test page
 
I cannot approve them either and I just got one today which was over a week old. Looked at the test user page but nowhere to post message.
 
i cant aprove it either
i recieved a visitor messge today saying 6 days old....

I remember many other sisters were complainning of this issue. I hope we can get this solved soon.
 
I've never experienced this problem. Is this a recent change?

yap , same here , I also need to wait for hours to deliver msg. Sis , I sent u a msg yesterday , wait 4 more days

Staff, can't we get this issue solved soon, please?

We are still trying to solve this issue. Our technical team seems busy and it will be fixed as soon as possible, inshaAllah.

I have tested it on Test User, and it can approve the VMs as a Full Member.

Thats strange, at the same day I sent you that test msg I tried with another sister and it worked well!
 
Its not fixed though. I'm having the same problem now. Just received a VM on my profile which was sent 4 days ago. :hmm:
 
I'm also having the issue of approving messages... sometimes they turn up a week late.
