About grave

One of my friend said that our grave when we're buried must not too high because if it's too high Dajjal on Yaumul Qiyamah will revive us and we'll become kafeer. I have two question.

1. Do you know the possible height for our grave so Dajjal won't resurrect us?

2. When we're resurrected, Is it really our body and our soul or only our body but anyone soul?

The body is ressurected on Judgment day. And the soul is within the body.

The reward in paradise and punishment in hell is on the real physical body which has the soul placed within it.
