:wasalamexakhi, just go to the side where it says 'User CP (Control Panel)' and right click and inshaa'Allah it should say 'Edit signature'. :)
 
Only members with more than 50 posts are allowed to have signatures. so you'll have to wait till you get 50 posts :)
