All the world is of Muslims.

I dont think any one who is raised in the west would want to live in Turkey.
Why would a Muslim who was raised in the west not want to live in Turkey? unless they were someone loved the modern western culture and lifestyle. modern western societies are set up to try and integrate any new arrivals and they target the Muslims the most just look at what is happening in denmark they are forcing new Muslim arrivals to go through a course about how to respect kafir values. After several generations in these countries many Muslims change, just look at popular Islamic scholars from america. why would any Muslim want to live in a western country? honestly it is humiliating.

Well even if those muslims in question were completely secularized, Turkey has cities and districts where the culture is same as Europe, like Izmir, Aydin, and some districts in Istanbul.

So that can't be it. It's such a polarizing country that there is something there for everyone.

Wouldn't go that far. I mean just analyze your own country. Are "muslims" in Izmir same as the actual muslims in Konya? If you understood this scenario then you understood my point.
Different culture produce different kinds of people.

The Turkish government isn't an Islamic government they don't govern according to Islam.

Well atleast they aren't anti-islamic like Egypt, Bangladesh, Tajikistan.

There's no country that really follows shariah because the world has move towards more Libertarianism, Individualism and they feel like organized religious judiciary and constitution infringes their individual rights and freedom.
