Quite often in London people use a day travel card to travel in the
underground tubes and then at the end of the day they leave it by the
ticket machines rather than throw them out. I was in London the other day
and I was about to buy myself a ticket when someone left his ticket after
finishing their travels and walked out of the station area. My friend
convinced me to use this ticket (and also my bank card got declines as
well). I am wondering if this is classed as me 'stealing'?
What I thought I could do was to go back into London and buy an underground ticket
and then leave it there so that someone else could use it but I've also paid for
my last transportation?
