if a girl after nikah stays at parents home then after how many years the nikah becomes invalid.i heard that if a girls stays away from husband for 7 years then the validity of nikah expires and she can marry to any other guy after 7 years.

it's not mentioned in Quran . Never heard of such rule mentioned in Hadith .


What's ur source ?

If there is taklik talak in their marriage contract which mention "if the wife stays away from husband for 7 years then the validity of nikah expires", then their nikah expires. But if there's no taklik talak like this, then this woman is still this man wife.

Taklik talak, or agreement about action/behavior that automatically cause divorce, may different between one couple marriage and other couples marriage. And also there are marriage without taklik talak in marriage contract. So, you cannot refer to other people marriage.

If woman in your case want to marry another man, at first she must get divorced from her husband. My advice is go to sharia court, or sharia council, or at least scholar to get divorce verdict.
