Alim course in the UK, Herts area.

My brother is interested in becoming an aalim. Does anyone know of any websites which list islamic schools in the UK? I'm looking for a school in the Herts county area.

Used Google to search but didn't find much. Would also like to hear from someone who has been or is in the school/college studying now.
