I was wondering if there is any site which list all the base letters in fa-a-la and yaf-a-lu form. e.g. like qa-ta-la and yaq-ta-lu (mayb this is wrg not sure)

i wanted to practice the past tense and present tense in different base letters

Almost. It's yaq-tu-lu (it's in table 17).
