I am curious.
Who defines what is haram?
Do we take it out, infer, define in the the holy Qur'an or do we just listen to the Islamic organizations and our respective chosen leaders?
Example:
The Qur'an didn't state that one has to sertu if you come into contact with pork or alcohol, but one would have to do so if they come into contact with fluid from dogs (sweat/snout/excrement).
Either that or I can't seem to find the part where we have to sertu anyways if we were to come into contact with pork.
Also, if I was right, then there's actually no need to sertu the cutleries as well right? Just wash normally and we can use it to aid in our consumption of halal meals.
Hmms.
