Am I considered Muslim because of my disability?

Let me just say that I'm mentally disabled
I have a autistic type of mind and ways ....

If I don't fast and perform salah am I still considered Muslim
I can't do it it's to hard...

I will never pray and fast...

It's my mental disorder...

Only God can judge me...
