Am I still a Mujahireen if I do this?

What if I write a book on how to stop a certain habit and that habit is a sin, is that still making my sins known and is it bad, and am I still a Mujahireen or someone that makes his sins known and is considered bad in Islam?

I'm scared because I will not be excused if I am a Muhajireen.
