The 99 names of Allah are profound, and they deserve much reflection. The video focuses on just three of them as a means of coming to terms with mental health problems;- the all knowing, the merciful and the healer. Reflecting on these names is a way of dealing with anxiety, worry and fear, how do we hand over our concerns to Allah and hope for a positive outcome?
