Implemented Arabic letter problems

We are having problems with some of the characters and symbols. Arabic text and those with arabic usernames are affected.

Some functionalities of the forum may not work.

That's because you speak the Viking's language

If you have any posts in the last few days, the character has been corrupted. So feel free to edit them. But all the previous posts are fine.

The Arabic for "p" isn't appearing for some reason or other,
Can you fix it pleaae?
