Arabic lyrics

I have got an arabic nasheed audio cassette . its name is "Ya Makkah". My friend's mom bought from Saudia.I really like listening to it.......but cant understand fully.

i would be really glad and thankful if any body can translate them in english, as well as provide the arabic lyrics.
These are the names of the nasheeds
Ya taiba
ya Aqsa
Ya makkah
Apart from these there are others too ......four more.....

Can somebody who knows arabic........put up the arabic lyrics, along with the english translation..................please?
