Has anyone done or is doing the coursework on cell membrane permeability of beetroot. If anyone is can some one upload the results and the calibration curve.

ermmm sorry bro i did that about a month ago but under exam conditions so it was in the classroom and i dnt hav my re****s on me... let me see, i put my beetroot in for 2 minutes and measured the % light transmission:
30 C-99%
40 C-98%
50 C-93%
60 C-36%
70 C-18%
these were the model results that our teacher gave us... sorry if i didnt help much...
