You don't need to be rich to marry her. Provided you both are interested in getting married to each other, go ahead, In Shaa Allaah.

Dunyaa is not important.

However, before marrying, let her know what your financial situation is, so that there are no surprises or complaints later on. If she is happy with it, then have the Nikaah.
