Because at that time people made changes in the Bible stories according to their level of comfort. But in quran GOD had taken responsiblity that no one can change the words or meaning of the Holy Book that's why we see difference in the stories of BIBLE and QURAN other wise if you find the original book it must be same. GOD message never change.

Many. among others:
in Bible, prophet Lot (as) had sex with his own daughters. astghfirulllah
in qur'an, prophet Lot (as) was a pious and all prophets of Allah are protected from making such grievous sins.

in bible, prophet Solomon also had extramarital sex (if not rape). etc etc.

Basically, in bible, many prophets are written in such characters that your own mother might even be more pious than prophets.

Not to mention the many lies attributed to Jesus (as)

Dear Bible is not in it's original form, you can't compare that better option is to just read Quran only, because this is the only authentic book preserve by ALLAH Almighty.
