Asking advice for sister's divorce

Salam everyone. I need a little advice on a matter i am very very tense about to the point i started having heart trouble. I am from Pakistan n there is joint family system here in most families so my sister had two back to back pregnancies n she was made to work like a horse. So 1 month ago she visited us n kinda demanded a maid for her to her husband n with that demand she said some stupid selfish things out of rage which she shouldn't have for example "I will not do any work for your mom again and i will not sit with her" etc. He husband got really mad and now he isn't coming to take her back home we can't just send her cuz they will probably treat her like a trash after all this. My father contacted his father n talked nicely but not about this matter. My elder sister also talked to our brother in law and he was just saying bad stuff about my sister. Obviously my sister also did wrong things. Can anyone guide as to what should we do now. They are completely silent n no we do not want a divorce it will be the end of the world. Any advice or wazifa to call him back

I would advise you to go to a Sharia Council as they specialise in these issues.
