I am Ume Dawood and I recently joined the board. I must confess that its very informative and I enjoy my time here.

I am run workshops and session to help with issues and I have found muslim ways more effective than other therapies though I use them too when required. Its an amazing fact that made me wonder and learn more about Islam.

A bundle of thanks to all of those who post their knowledge here as people like me a lot from them every day.
