Thank you all for welcoming to the forum! I've been interesting in Islam since I was 14 when I was introduced to it by a friend online, and embraced it right way. I really knew nothing about Islam when I said my shahada but I was willing to learn and have really come to love it so much. I told my parents in February of this year about my new faith and since then I've begun to where hijab and practice as much as I can. But it's hard because I'm the only muslim in my city! I feel like a complete outsider here and totally different from everyone else. It's difficult sometimes but Alhamdulillah.

It's nice to be here at this forum.

MashaAllah sis Khadija....your strength is commendable...I am a new(ish) Muclim too alhamdulillah. And I am also the only practising Muslim in my town. IT is hard....hangon in there.
