Isn't it obvious? It's a satirical animation providing an insight to the folly and plight of mankind while remaining true to the nature of a pointless existence, displayed through the character of Silly Willy who symbolically represents everything that is pure in modern Western civilization. The milk, pure and white like a dove, symbolize the childhood of the men at women that have been somehow mentally scarred while at war fighting for the stability of the Middle East.
