I have an internal rectal prolapse. Just lately when i cough i can feel something coming down. Its frightening. Ya allah i need my brothers and sisters in islam to make dua for me please!!!!!!!. I appreciate all your duas and insha allah allah will hear my pain. And answer all your duas.
