Black magic? What does this mean!?

I found a lump in my pillow, so I cut open the case and found a small paper folded up, with a character on one side, wrapped tightly inside clingfilm/cellophane... I unfolded the paper and found some kind of grid with Arabic writing in each box. What does it mean? Is it black magic? Why would any Muslim need this when Allah is enough for us to depend on?... Please help, thanks.

This is no good. its magic

Save those and destroy them PROPERLY. You can learn ruqyah and how to destroy it with the use of internet or other people or you can go to a raqi and ask for help
