Does Allah also know what is going through ones mind?

for example thoughts

and also doing zikr in the mind does Allah know that one is doing zikr even though he does it in his mind and not out aloud?
 
Allah swt is ALL KNOWING.

He knows what you are thinking even before you think of thinking whatever you are thinking.
 
Know they not that Allah doth know their secret (thoughts) and their secret counsels, and that Allah knoweth well all things unseen? (9:78)

Remember though that when you recite the praises of Allaah with your tongue, the angels will record it and inshaa Allaah you will get 10 rewards for each time you praise Allaah. So praise Allaah (i.e. subhan Allah, alhamdulillah, Laa ilaaha illAllaah, Allaahu akbar etc.) as much as possible, inshaa Allaah you will get rewarded alot.
