Make sure that you log her out at www.islamicboard.com and not www.load-islam.com/forums
Did you go to www.load-islam.com/forums and try logging out there? If that doesn't work, it is a cookie problem on your part.
You have to clean (i.e. remove) your cookies
Removing cookies is easy and will not cause damage to your older bro's computer. It is advised and should be removed reguarly.
Perhaps it would be wise if you could ask your brother first and do it for you. That will solve your problem of 'not loggin-out'

To delete your cookies:
If u on Internet Explorer then open a new browser (internet page) go on;
Tools - Internet Options - General (tab) - (and under the 'temporary internet files') click on Delete Cookies.
If your on Firefox open a new browser (internet page) and go on;
Tools - Options - Privacy - ( and look for the word cookies from the list - the 5th one down) - then click on Clear.
