Can't read private message

Somebody sent me a private message.

My Inbox says "You have no private messages and you have 1 message unread".

Why can't I read the message?
 
I got a pop up message "there is a message in your inbox - do you qwant to open it in a new window?"

I chose "yes".

Inbox contains 0 messages.
You have 1 messages stored, of a total 500 allowed.

How do I get to read the 1 message stored?

Go back and click on your inbox...the message should be highlighted..then click on it. It should show you that one message stored.

its saying.. :

that 1 might be something that you sent to somebody, so its not in the inbox
its in sent items
 
check your outbox!!! that might be full...have u tried that?

i have nothing in my inbox or outbox.....it just says i message unread..
 
I cant seem to be sendin p.m's i tried replying and it keeps on saying page not found....and my internet is perfectly fine

tht means the msg is in sent items.........check tht..........

yeh man ...this is sooo weird...im tired of seeing 1 unread message and not being able to read it...maybe its not a real message maybe it just says 1 unread message...:heated:
 
OHHH!!!

I know this problem....

You hav to go to ur 'sent items' folder and delete it from there....It was kinda annoying......
