cats and prayers

i have two cats one of my cats is really affectionate last night as i was praying he kept come up to me
purring and happy he head butts and he headbutted me on my face but during all this i was saying my prayers
Am wondering if the prayer was ok or not

my cats really funny sometimes he gets him self into trouble sometimes
he is the baby of the house
 
Sometimes the Prophet s.a.a.w would pray and his grandkids, Hasan and Hussien would climb on him when he would make sujood as has been recorded in hadiths. As long as you can keep your focus its fine.

One of my cat crawls under my jilabab when i pray and doesnt move just makes herself comfortable, and sometimes has tried to crawl up me (with her claws digging into me very painfull lol)
Sometimes she comes up to me and sits right where my head is meant for sujood and starts meowing at me.
I once had her climb on my back and lie down on me when i was in sujood making dua, i almost couldnt get back up LOOL

Wow, those cats are intense! My cat waits until after I salam out to come up to me Masha Allah.
 
Hadith on the matter:

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that:

The Messenger of Allah :saws: said: "Cats do not invalidate the prayer, because they are one of the things that are useful in the house." (Sunan Ibn Majah)
