Asalam Alaykum here is my new comeback thread.
There was a person name Izaam. He was a big businessman. He owned many companies (yet to name). The biggest one was the oil company. Before Izaam died he handed it to his best friend Muhammad. Here Muhammad hired a set of workers (don’t know how many). Woodrow inspects it and his Admins ( business partners) inspect also. The super moderators (managers) and moderators (employers= you give interviews to them). Trainee Mods ( on vacation)
Members (workers).

Heres how it works. We talk about oils

Ex. Yanal: we’re having a order exported from London.
Woodrow: No we don’t the stupid ships dumped them in the sea so we’re having a loss.

Once a member becomes a trainee mod it is their promotion.
