Confused on if it is my fault or not

So we had something called a "pride rally", where the whole school comes into one huge room and we celebrate the school with games and sports events... and there was music... Is it my fault? It's not like I had an option, I had to come.. and my teacher said I shouldn't always bring religion to everything, if I'm forced to do something, i have to, and Allah knows in my heart I detest it.

Now a days , it's almost impossible to avoid any place / event without music. Market , wedding , picnic , get together pirty - we hear music.

Hopefully Allah will forgive us who try to avoid it but when we are helpless. And Allah knows best.

Try to avoid as much as its in your capacity. It is the sound of Shaitan , Mufti Menk says that referring to Noble Quran verse. Allah's knows our intentions and sins & virtues depend upon our intention too.
