Continuous pages refreshing

I notice that the forum start doing something new that I did not notice before

just wanna make sure of something, the page keep downloading by themselves from time to another......are you using Ajax or something lately?

It's because of those Muspages below that are refreshing from time to time.

Maybe brother -S- can do something about it?
