No doubt there is nothing written in Quran about Dajjal but there r many Ahadis about him and obviously our beloved Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W) can never be wrong.
Mohammad (S.A.W) has clearly mentioned about the appearance (physical) of Dajjal and about his Fitna.
About Dajjal’s physical appearance:
According to RasoolAllah(S.A.W) (I do not know the exact words of Hadis that’s y im not quoting in inverted commas)
Dajjal will b a single eyed man (That doesn’t mean that he will have one eye on the center). His Right eye will be damaged and he cannot see from it and there is mark of scar on his right eye. His left eye will be fine and he can clearly see from it.
His hairs will be like the stems of a tree and r very thick.
His height will b short and his feet will be like the feet of Hen(Murghi k panjo ki tarah) and there will be many hairs on his body. And there is a word “Kafir” will be written on his forehead in Arabic.
About his Fitna:
Mohammad (S.A.W) said that:
(Again im not quoting in inverted commas due to the same reason)
The Fitna of Dajjal will be the greatest fitna on earth.
He will appear somewhere between Syria and Iraq.
He will claim himself a god (Nauzubillah)
Who ever among u heard of Dajjal, should stay away from him.
There will b 70,000 Jews followers of Dajjal when he will arrive.
Who ever have faith in him, he(Dajjal) will bless him with food and every thing and who ever denies him, will not b given anything by Dajjal.
That will be the toughest time on Ahl-e-Iman.
Finally Hazrat Issa (Alih Salam) will kill him.
There r many more, so for further details kindly consider those Ahadis.
In the end I will mention that Dajjal will not be born, he has already in this world and has been captured by Allah somewhere on the island in Arabian Sea.
May Allah Forgive u for disbelieving in the major signs of Qayamt.

Seventy thousand? That isn't very much. Any sensible Jew, no, any sensible human being will see right through his lies. Maybe that is just the influenced Westerner in me talking, but he doesn't seem like a convincing figure.
