Allah has told us about a category of people whom, when they fall into problems, they beg Allah for relief day in day out, but when He sends them relief, the first whom they forget about is Allah.
Allah said,
وَإِذَا مَسَّ الْإِنْسَانَ الضُّرُّ دَعَانَا لِجَنْبِهِ أَوْ قَاعِدًا أَوْ قَائِمًا فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُ ضُرَّهُ مَرَّ كَأَنْ لَمْ يَدْعُنَا إِلَى ضُرٍّ مَسَّهُ
"And when trouble touches man, he calls upon Us, whether lying on his side or sitting or standing; but when We remove from him his trouble, he passes on as if he had never cried to Us for a trouble that touched him." (Al-Qur'an)
Thus, if this is how some people behave with Allah, don't be overly heartbroken when people behave ungratefully towards you.
Overlook, encompass their faults, remain focused & continue your journey to Allah.
