I was wondering if we are all descendants of Hazrat Adam (A.S) then how come we have different languages, colour of hair, skin tones, for example there are so many col ours of hairs how is it scientifically possible ,and how did process of reproduction go on further meaning to say was intercourse allowed amongst siblings, which is known to have serious conditions in genetics
 
“And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels: ‘I am going to create a human (Adam) from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud. So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him.” (Quran 38:71-72)

From what I have read on this and certain elaboration was that the mix of earth was several types (hence the coding for the variations to come) were already in the make up only requiring the trigger mechanism to bring out the variety we have today.

We aint bani Adam, but Bani Nuh now (pbut).

The flood destroyed all the genetic variants of humanity and we descend from the three sons of Nuh Alaihis Salam.

His sons where Ham, Shem and Yafith (pbut)

Ham settled North Africa, Shem the middle east and Yafith the north lands.

What is interesting that we are told from a non religious perspective how humanity had three "cradles of civilisation" which pop up around the same period, and this has fascinated historians and geneticists for years - whilst they remain unaware of our scriptural truths. Then when they become aware they ask for proof, and I say - blood groups A, B and O seem to suggest that we do indeed attribute our lineage to either of the three Ham, Shem and Yafith.

The thing is primarily that people have different faces different hair col our different eye colour, that can only attributed to genetics and parents can only have one natural hair colour and one natural eye colour , how is it then the kids can have different faces different hair colour etc
 
I think it can be attributed to Hazrat Adam A.S having a variety of gene pool which then resulted in children with various characteristics of colour , structure etc, As Allah Almighty created Hazrat Adam A.S from a handful of soil from the entire earth
