When I was registering I wanted to thave the username Mohsen. But I got an error saying it was already in use by another member. When I became a full member I check the users list and didn't see anyone with the username Mohsen. Why did I get that error message then? Can my username be changed to Mohsen now?

such as banned user or deleted, and not showing up on the member list

I don't think that member-list lists out names of members who never posted, and Mohsen didn't post yet.
