I am trying to look for a source that details the way to make salah (namaz) and clearly points out the obligations and the sunnahs (actions as well as what to recite) with reference to Quran, hadith and/or seerha

Do you follow a specific madhab?

For hanafis I recommend reading the Fiqh al Imam Book.
