Anybody went to greenlane Masjid in Birmingham 2 year ago sheikh sudeisi came and lead salaat al jummah in greenlane did anybody go there cuz i went there but i never got 2 see him we came all the way from leicester we heard that sheikh sudeisi was comin to birmingham soo we all went to see him but neva got chance to see him:yawn: :yawn:

no, but we went to see him in preston, and got to meet him. A sheikh full of smiles...May allah keep it this way

Yes sis it was horrendous at jamia masjid (if u know the mosque), not a place was free to stand (inside and out).

:sl: yeah he came and did lead the prayers. i think it was more than 5 mosques though... anyway, he gave my uncle a set of his cassettes (full quranic recitation) coz my uncle happened 2 b the 2nd Imam in our mosque. lucky him...:w:

mashallah your uncle is lucky, hemust have went to lead in 5 different mosques coz there is 5 daily prayers unless it was on a friday and he did jummah in another mosque

and he was just messing. wAk knows very well who sheikh sudais is...it was your way of spelling ...just check out the imams of haramain thread

oh mst yes he was followed for about half an hour and he was also bombarded and had to make a quick exit outta the masjid- 8000 wanted to meet him first..and so they rushed through the outside doors-straight at him

Yeah he is quite emotional and you can hear it in his recitation....none the less still my favourite recitor!!!!!!!!
