A'salamu alaykum, brother. Whenever you feel like you have committed shirk, seek refuge in Allah from shaytan and repeat your Shahadah. La ilaha illAllah. In shaa Allah, Allah will accept it as a Jihad from you against your nafs. Once you do these, then stop thinking about it and move on. Don't ponder over these moments, and don't talk about them. Just move forward.

Yes. Just repeat it and think about what you are saying. La ilaha illAllah, there is no god except Allah. This means, He has no partners, no helpers, nothing happens without His permission, no one can benefit without His will, and no one can be harmed without His permission, there is no might nor power except with Allah. This is pure Tawheed. Allah knows best.
