The image is hosted on a user's photobucket account (yours?) and that appears to have exceeded its remote linking bandwidth allowance for the month. It should show again by the start of next month I guess.

You could always upload the image from http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g129/1969tabby/Celtic n Pagan/FairyTree.gif to imageshack and use that in your sig instead.
