Did the whole water become impure?

Assalamu Alaikum.
I'm having this problem. Yesterday, after performing urination when I was cleansing myself using Tissue, accidently the tissue fell into a drum of water. Now, I don't know what to do. The water must have become impure, so I should drop the whole water. But again, it's so much water, If I drop it, will it be considered as wasting?

if the drum holds less than 2 buckets of water [in your estimation] than chuck it

a hadith says if there is two buckets of water nothing can make it go impure
