Assalamualikum
I have pirated a lot of softwares in the past. But after finding out that its haram I have quite it. But now I cant sleep thinking about it that how I have stolen the property of so many. Do I have to pay to all individuals? Please help me in this regard, I am so worried thinking that my good deeds will be taken from me on judgement day.

It's best if you ask a scholar/imam/person of knowledge, as it involves transgression of the rights of others. It maybe that you would never be able to find those people, and just have to ask Allah's forgiveness and resolve not to do it again. Or that you have to give away the amount you would have paid in charity. But I do not know what the correct answer is. As we are lay people, I'd strongly advise you to ask a knowledgeable person as stated above.
