Do I need to do self-ruqya.

Ok so I was suffering from serious waswaas and it affected by deen and worship. So I now go on Islamic Reminders on youtube and it helps me to learn more about my deen, however whenever I wake up I get these blasphemous satanic whisperings and it feels like all the deen and knowledge I aqquired yesterday have dissapeard?
