does fasting on the 9th, 10th, and 11th of ashura (the highest level, next is 9th and 10th, third is only 10th), clear the sins of only the previous year or one's entire previous years? and is it minor sins, or major sins as well?

First it is 9th 10th or 10th with 11th
Only minor sins.
major sins only by repnting fully..
