Many people assume that the sugar used to sweeten coffee in a cafe is harmless - that it is a small amount that has no effect on health.

Although such thinking makes sense, constant consumption - day after day, for years - has a detrimental effect on mental health; people may begin to suffer from various types of delusions, nightmares and similar problems.

For example, they may begin to imagine things about other people—believing that others want to harm or persecute them, or categorize people as friends and foes—creating a world of delusions that does not reflect reality.

These delusions arise from years of poor nutrition; for example, a young person may drink coffee sweetened with sugar every day or regularly consume sweets or chocolate and do not notice that the sugar in their coffee is causing them psychosis.

How do I know that this is true ?

I have had experience with this, although I'm not a fan of sweet food thank God I've been drinking several coffees a day with sugar in them for many years (more than 10 years). My world turned upside down, I no longer understood it, I fell into depressions and psychoses, and I was looking for the reason why they arise. So I realized that it was due to the sugar I was using daily, so I stopped using sugar for coffee and the psychoses and depressions stopped thank God.

At what age does daily sugar consumption become a problem, and at what age does it become less of an issue?

A person is considered young until they get married and have children. While a person does not have children, they should avoid daily consumption of products with sugar in order to maintain mental health.

When a person has children, it becomes less of a problem...
