None can go against Allah's will.
So I don't see how a protest is "protesting against Allah's will" Cuz it is not.
Protesting against X because X did y ( Allah willed it) is not going against Allah's will.
I Do agree that whatever Allah wills - there is good in it, In shaa' Allah
