What if the person is limp and it's hard to do ablution and he noticed he farts whenever in some prayers? Can he just say, "Astagfirullah"? Because I remember Allah said ask his forgiveness, and he will, and would not mind. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Firstly, it's a bit crude to say "farting" or "shitting pants" on a public islamic forum instead of politely saying "passing wind" or "soiling with excrement".
