Fiance studying Physical Therapy - Is this haram?

My fiance is studying to be a Physical Therapist. Once she gets her license she will work in a hospital where she will treat all patients including men. Is this haram? Can a muslim sister treat men? She can't refuse to treat anyone so what can she do. My fiance doesn't think it is a problem but I am not sure.
