I'm making a short film and there may be a scene where there's some fake blood in it. Fake blood recipes usually involve water, chocolate syrup atc. As these are edible things, would it be permissible to use them as an ingredient? Also it would be mixed with other things for the colour. If I make the recipe so it's inedible, would that be better?
